These Terms of Service govern your use of Recall's website and browser extension. By using Recall, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Recall helps you record and review your coding-practice activity. It is operated by Shangchun Shen in Atlanta, Georgia, United States. Recall is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by NeetCode, LeetCode, Google, or Chrome.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping access to it secure. You must provide accurate information and use Recall only in compliance with applicable law and these terms.

Do not misuse Recall, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer or circumvent security measures, introduce malicious code, or use the service to violate another person's rights or a third party's terms of service.

You retain ownership of the notes, reflections, and other content you provide to Recall. You grant us a limited right to store, process, and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure, and improve the service for you. You are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to provide your content.

Recall uses third-party services, including Google for sign-in, and may interact with third-party websites through the browser extension. Their services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Your use of NeetCode, LeetCode, Google, and Chrome must comply with their respective terms.

Recall is provided as available. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service when reasonably necessary, including for maintenance, security, or legal reasons. We may also suspend or end access for use that violates these terms.

To the extent permitted by law, Recall is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure operation, or that recorded data will always be complete or accurate. To the extent permitted by law, Shangchun Shen will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Recall.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Atlanta, Georgia will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these terms or Recall, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
